The Fat Kid's Chocolate Banana Cake.

Our golden brown banana cake uses Ang Bak Jio (Red fleshed banana) and 55% chocolate buttons. It has a dense and soft texture with a deep comforting flavour. Each Loaf is about 800g & can serve up to 10 slices.
